Danielle started her asana practice in the early 2000s to help with depression and anxiety. She was drawn to the internal practices of yoga including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and chanting. Danielle completed her 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Iam Yoga in 2018 and has since completed Restorative Yoga trainings with Kim McBean and Marla Meenakshi Joy. She continues her study of yoga philosophy under Hali Schwartz. She teaches from a place of kindness and compassion. Her classes provide a welcoming space that invite deep rest and connection to the self. You can find Danielle at Iam Yoga in Toronto.
